Response time
We aim to reply within 5 business days. Privacy-related requests are answered within 30 days as required by law. We are a small team based in East Asia (UTC+9), so weekend messages will typically be picked up on Monday.

Do you have a phone number?
No. We do all support through email so we can keep a written record and respond at sensible hours.
Is there a public bug tracker?
Not yet. Email is fine for now. If we set one up, this page will link to it.
Can I request a translation review for my language?
Yes please. Send us a paragraph in your language and let us know which page needs review.
Will you ever sell DropRandom or the data behind it?
We have no data to sell. Your inputs never leave your browser. If DropRandom itself ever changes hands, we will announce it on the homepage at least 30 days in advance.
